Do I need to create an account?
No. Poster.fm does not require an account or sign-up to use the editor. When you visit the site, an anonymous session is created automatically so your work and uploads stay connected during your visit.
What file formats can I download?
You can export your poster as PNG, JPEG, or PDF. All exports are high resolution and suitable for printing. A4 downloads are generated at 300 DPI (2480 × 3508 px) for sharp, print-ready results.
Can I use the posters commercially?
No. Poster.fm is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Posters may include third-party content such as album artwork, artist names, and music-related metadata, which belong to their respective rights holders. Selling or distributing posters created with the service is not permitted.
Can I upload my own cover art?
Yes. You can upload your own images from the Image panel and use them in your poster design.
Is the editor available on mobile?
Yes. The editor works on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Will more poster sizes and templates be added?
Yes. A4 is the first available size, and more sizes and templates are planned.
