Do I need to create an account?
No. Poster FM automatically creates an anonymous session for you when you first visit. Your uploaded images are saved to that session with no sign-up required.
What file formats can I download?
You can export your poster as PNG, JPEG, or WEBP. All formats are exported at 300 DPI (2480 × 3508 px for A4) for print-quality output.
Can I use the posters commercially?
You own the designs you create. However, album artwork retrieved from third-party sources may be subject to copyright. Always verify you have the appropriate rights before commercial use.
Can I upload my own cover art?
Yes. The Image panel in the editor lets you upload your own images, which are then used as the poster's cover art instead of the album artwork retrieved from the API.
How are the accent colours chosen?
Accent colours are automatically extracted from the album cover art using a colour palette algorithm. You can override any colour manually in the Color panel.
Will more poster sizes and templates be added?
Yes — A4 is the first available size. Additional sizes and templates are planned based on user demand.
Is the editor available on mobile?
No. The editor requires a tablet or desktop screen (768px or wider) for a good experience.
